What LandlordLedger is

A compliance-date tracker for NSW residential landlords. Rule summaries are general information as at September 2026. LandlordLedger is not legal advice, not a law firm, not a property manager, and it never acts for you.

Scope

NSW residential tenancies only. Not commercial leases, not holiday lets, not other states or territories. If your situation is complicated, start with NSW Fair Trading, LawAccess NSW, or a solicitor.

Price

One plan: A$79 per year, AUD, GST incl., covering up to 5 properties. No payment is taken during the research build. Founding-rate reservations lock A$79/yr for launch; nothing is charged until the reminder engine launches.

Refunds

Every launch purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, processed within 5 business days, no questions asked.

The working demo on the home page uses simplified annual cadences for illustration. It is not legislation and not legal advice. Dates you enter stay in your browser and are never collected.
