Stage: research

LandlordLedger is a research-stage prototype. This page is the honest ledger of what exists, what doesn't, and what has to happen before launch.

Working now

• The working demo: enter three dates and the ledger recomputes your deadlines live, in your browser.
• The 12-month year rail, rebuilt from your demo dates.
• The 90/30/7 reminder schedule, anchored to your nearest upcoming deadline.
• The founding-rate reservation checkout: order summary, refund terms, no payment taken.

In build

• The reminder engine: per-property rails, scheduled 90/30/7-day emails, document vault, PDF export.
• Rule-summary re-verification against current NSW sources.
• Trading identity, ABN, support contact, and live payment wiring.

The research gate (proposed)

What we're testing: whether self-managing NSW landlords will reserve a founding rate on the strength of the demo alone. If 50 founding-rate reservations land within 60 days of this prototype going up, we build the reminder engine. Below that, we park the product. Either way, no one is charged during the research build.

What we will not do

• No payments until the reminder engine is built and tested.
• No SMS promises until the email engine proves itself.
• No launch without a dated rule-summary re-verification.
