Privacy, in plain words.

What we collect right now: nothing

• The working demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The dates you enter never leave the page; no account, no email, nothing collected.
• The founding-rate reservation form stores your email in this browser only (local storage). It does not send your email anywhere yet.
• No payment is taken during the research build, so no card details are asked for or stored.

What we will collect at launch

• Your email address, to send reminders and your launch invite.
• Your property compliance dates, to build your rails and send nudges.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider, never stored on our servers.

What we never do

• We never sell your data. Reminders are the service; any marketing use requires explicit opt-in consent.
• We never share your compliance record with agents, tenants, or third parties without your instruction.

Access and deletion

To access or delete anything we hold about you, contact details will be published at launch. During the prototype there is nothing to delete: clear your browser's local storage and the demo reservation is gone.
